Arlon Cast 2-mil Vinyl Products

Traditionally identified as High Performance films, 2-mil cast products are known for their exceptional conformability, extended durability, and glossy finish. Applications are extended to longer-term graphics where reliability is critical and investments are significant. Included are: company signage, fleet graphics, way finding markings and architectural signage. The designation of 2-mil Cast High Performance is based on the premium grade pigments, plasticizers and stabilizers used in the manufacturing process, giving confidence to the sign maker that his customers can count on their signage meeting expectations for reliability and image quality.

Calandered Vinyl Products

Growing in popularity, calendered products have become versatile in general usage where long-term durability is not critical. Several intermediate grades are offered with surface finishes ranging from satin, to gloss and high gloss and outdoor ratings up to six years. Normally restricted to flat and mild curved surfaces, Calendered products are most often used for banners, shorter term signage, displays, trade show graphics, vehicle graphics, real estate signage, and promotional/merchandizing graphics.
